CONSULTATIONS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Consultations may be booked online via our booking system.
All consultations are prepaid at the time of booking.
We understand that circumstances can change and you may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. As appointment availability is limited, providing adequate notice also helps ensure appointment times can be offered to other patients requiring care.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for changes to appointments, including cancellations and rescheduling requests.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 late change fee, which will be deducted from the prepaid consultation fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in the full consultation fee being retained.
Appointments may be rescheduled via the booking link provided in your confirmation email or by emailing [your email address].
Repeated late cancellations, appointment changes within the cancellation period, or missed appointments may affect future booking availability.
