Meet Amy

Hi, I’m Amy Castle — an experienced, degree-qualified naturopath based on the Mornington Peninsula.

I offer the convenience of online consultations via telehealth Australia-wide, with a clinical focus on chronic gut conditions, microbiome restoration, cardiometabolic health, and perimenopause & menopause support.

Over the past decade, I’ve supported many people who felt unheard, overwhelmed, or stuck in their health journey. Through careful listening, evidence-informed functional testing, and personalised care recommendations, I help patients work towards greater clarity, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.

My approach is grounded in science and guided by compassion, with deep respect for both modern research and traditional herbal medicine.

My Why

I became a naturopath to be the kind of practitioner I once wished for myself - someone who doesn’t dismiss symptoms, who keeps working to find answers, and who never underestimates the power of feeling heard.

Helping patients uncover underlying causes, feel seen, and reclaim hope after years of struggle is what drives everything I do. I genuinely love this work -  the detective work, the moments of clarity, the transformations that happen when the right support is finally found.

Whether it’s helping someone overcome persistent gut issues, supporting women through hormonal transition or reducing cardiovascular risk factors - my mission is always the same: to create a safe, compassionate space where true, sustainable wellness can be achieved.
